The Community Center is a standalone event room facility. It is located at 500 W. Hickman St, Hutchins, TX 75141, just next to the Library. Both residents and the general public are welcome to rent the venue for private events such as family reunions, parties, and meetings.
The space offers seating for up to 108 people, with tables and chairs already included in the rental fee (set-up is not provided at this facility). Also included in the rental fee is use of the building's kitchen containing a freezer, oven/stove top, and sinks.
