Are you 60+ and a Dallas County resident? Dallas County is providing free and accessible transportation assistance for medical-related trips.

STAR Transit is a public bus transportation service providing reliable, accessible rides throughout DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Hutchins, Lancaster, and Wilmer.
Anyone within our service area is welcome to ride STAR Transit. Must be 13 to ride alone. We help connect riders to work, schools and training programs, non-emergency medical appointments, senior centers, and more. Whether you’re running errands or visiting friends, STAR Transit is here to get you where you need to go.
For extended travel, STAR Transit also provides connections to DART services via the Camp Wisdom, UNT Dallas stations along with the Red Bird Transit Center, making it easier to reach destinations throughout the region.
