 Hutchins\,\nTexas (the “City”)\, will hold one public hearing regardin
 g the\nvoluntary annexation of the property hereinafter described. The pub
 lic\nhearing will begin at 6:30 P.M. on August 3rd\, 2026. The public\nhea
 ring will be held at the Hutchins City Hall located at 400 North JJ\nLemmo
 n Road\, Hutchins\, Texas 75141. The property to be considered for\nannexa
 tion is located in Dallas County\, Texas\, and described as\nfollows:\n\nB
 EING part of a tract of 5.000 acres of land in the William Gatlin\nSurvey\
 , Abstract No. 499\, Dallas County\, Texas\, and being part of a\ncertain 
 tract of land as described in deed to T.F. Campbell\, recorded\nin Volume 
 L\, Page 412 of the Deed Records of Dallas County\, Texas\n(DRDCT)\, said 
 tract being more particularly described as follows:\n\nCOMMENCING at the S
 outheast corner of a certain tract of land\ndescribed in deed to T.F. Camp
